Are you ready for the Nü Revolution? That’s what Les Nubians asked fans when they sat down with Orijin last fall to promote their limited edition EP. During that conversation, the Faussart sisters proudly represented their Cameroonian-French orijin, discussed African history, as well as the role women will play in shaping the continent’s future. They are back this spring with Nü Revolution, the album, and the first single, “Afrodance” can best be described as Afrocentric Funk. Whether you have an Afro or not, the track will definitely leave you bobbing your head. A video was just released and the accompanying visuals are absolutely stunning.
