Sekube nenqwaba yokubulawa nokuqothulwa kwama-Albino eTanzania nakwamanye amazwe. Ngonyaka nohafu odlule, about 50 ama-albino acwiyiwe eTanzania. Kubikwe ukuthi lokhu kubulawa ngesihluku kwenzelwa imali yejuju (Spiritual money) njengoba izitho zomzimba zinjalo
kuthengiselwa izangoma ukwenza imishanguzo ezokwenza abantu bacebe. Ngokusobala, kunenkolelo yokuthi ama-Albino anamandla omlingo okwenza abantu bacebe.
Lo msebenzi onesihluku awenziwa eTanzania kuphela, kuye kwaphawulwa kwamanye amazwe afana neBurundi lapho a 6 year old albino was killed last month totaling the 8th in the Country.
“People should feel free to name those who are behind these barbaric killings and other criminal acts within their localities”said President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania asking citizens to come out and name culprits.
Actions are being taken however, we also have to do our part to create awareness and educate each other about Albinism.
Albinos do not possess any power to make you rich, culturally misunderstood.
