I repeat, did Michael Jackson prophecy and warn us about this day; Police brutality, Eric garner, Bill Cosby, blacks and other minorities in jail while innocent. I don’t believe in coincidences when the picture is so perfect. Let us break these Lyrics down.
Tell me what has become of my life,
I have a wife and two children who love me
I am the victim of police brutality. Now you tell me, who had two children and became a victim of Police brutality? Eric Garner.
now I’m tired of bein’ the victim of hate
You’re rapin’ me of my pride. Although we don’t know the truth YET, HOWEVER the pride of ‘the cosby show’ being that perfect black family is being raped from us by the allegations against Bill Cosby. It is deeper and bigger than bill cosby himself. Just today, I saw a heading on cnn which read ‘Will you still watch ‘The Cosby Show’? that is how big it is.
Oh, for God’s sake I look to heaven to fulfill its prophecy, Set me free.
Skin head, dead head, Everybody gone bad
trepidation, speculation, Everybody allegation
In the suite, on the news, Everybody dog food
black man, black mail, Throw your brother in jail.
All I want to say is that They don’t really care about us. Black’s and minorities rising all over the States is not a matter of coincidence, And the individuals who protest along is not a matter of coincidence either .it’s a matter of fighting for our rights , our pride. Protesting for a justice to prevail so that eric garner, mike brown, Oscar Grant, 12 year old Tamir Rice will all rest in peace knowing that the system has been fixed for a better tomorrow.
Tell me what has become of my rights
Am I invisible because you ignore me?
Your proclamation promised me free liberty, now
I’m tired of bein’ the victim of shame. Sounds like the republican versus democrat on economy, healthcare etc, sounds like Obama always being put in-front of the podium as a puppet to camouflage or bring peace after the ‘rotten’ has been done. Does this look Familiar to you:
They’re throwing me in a class with a bad name
I can’t believe this is the land from which I came
You know I do really hate to say it
The government don’t want to see
But if Roosevelt was livin’, He wouldn’t let this be, no, no
Some things in life they just don’t want to see
But if Martin Luther was livin’,He wouldn’t let this be
All I want to say is that They don’t really care about us. over to you , Kanye
